KOHO is Japantown’s new artist & culture collective as part of Japantown’s Cultural Heritage District. Sparked by the community’s need to bring together the next generation of Japanese American creatives, activists, artists, and movement builders, Koho strives to continue the long standing traditions of Japantown but design experiences for the next generation.

Join us for our Koho Launch Party! An intimate community experience calling all Nikkei creatives throughout the Bay Area to participate. Support thriving small businesses, art activities for the public, and share ideas on what you’d like to see Koho do.

We’re kicking off our brand new arts collective with an exclusive party on the evening of Thursday June 23rd, 2022 from 5-10PM in San Francisco’s Japantown. This night is for you! We are celebrating the diverse spectrum of Japanese American (as well as our API allies) artists, businesses, performers, dancers, DJs, and creative talent in the Bay Area.
