The “Nichi Bei Book Fest” will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Koho Co-Creative Hub at 22 Peace Plaza, Suite 540 (above US Bank) in S.F.’s Japantown. The event celebrates historian Arthur A.
