Soba Katsu, one of Japantown’s newest restaurants, is celebrating its First Year Anniversary by offering a Jumbo Shrimp Tempura Soba Special until THIS SATURDAY, JULY 12, ONLY.
PRO TIP: the line is VERY long. To be sure you join the first seating, arrive well before the 12N opening–arriving at 11 am is early enough. The restaurant is open until 7 pm, but will close when the soba runs out (early and often!).
Famous for its freshly milled, freshly harvested gluten-free Japanese style soba, the proprietor sources organic buckwheat from the Aurora Mills and Farm, a family farm located in Maine.
