We Are One Presents: Let's Be Safe!

  • Hamilton Recreation Park 1900 Geary Boulevard San Francisco, CA, 94115 United States (map)

We Are One presents Let’s Be Safe!

How to be safe in an emergency situation?
How can we treat each other with positivity?

Families, children, and teens are welcome. Food and drinks, fun activities and discussions, and meet a police officer. Learn how you can be safe in school, in the park, or around the city! Learn how to use your “awareness” skills to sense what’s around you. Learn some cool moves to help keep you safe!

“We Are One'“ would like to invite you and your family to join us for lunch and positive discussions on safety in our community. Due to the recent rise in violence in our country, it is more important now than ever to talk about how to be safe, whether in school, in the park, or while going out. Children and teens will learn about things they can do to stay safe in an emergency and will have an opportunity to speak to San Francisco Police Department officers. Discussion topics will be age appropriate.

This is a special event hosted by interfaith communities in Japantown and Fillmore to promote thought-provoking conversations with our families around safety and preparedness.

Limited spots. Please register online here. Suggested donation $10.
